Food Storage Canning - Dry / Wet Dehydrating / Freeze Drying
If you are migrating from hobby gardening to sustenance gardening then you need to begin now preparing to store, dry and can the bounty from your garden.
Whether it is dehydrating, wet or dry canning you need to have supplies and equipment to do so. If you begin with watching yard sales, sales and specials you can pick up pressure canners, jars, lids, pectin, vinegar, pickle crisp, and more. Don’t wait to do it all at once. You can buy a little at a time.
The idea, like with all preparedness, is that you have what you need well before you need it. Like I always say, “there is no disaster when you are prepared”. If you have what you need you can avoid wasting your bounty.
Create a mindset; you harvest items from your garden at peak maturity, you use some, you keep a little for the next day, the rest goes into the dehydrator, is pickled, or gets canned.
Will and his team offer training seminars on numerous topics related to physical, data security, urban and wilderness survival, preparedness and self reliance.
There is a form below if you are interested in speaking with us about tailoring a seminar to your business, organization, church, school, group or family.
Will highly recommends that you watch several well made training videos by major law enforcement and other sources. They will help to set your mindset to building situational awareness for you in your world.
