Wilderness First Aid Cert Starter
The seminar was designed to provide solid first aid skills for survivalists, hikers, campers, etc. We will be covering and hands-on practicing splinting, ankle, foot, knee injuries, etc.
Basic first aid skills are essential for anyone who is active, hikes, mountain bikes, or does any other outdoor activities. First aid skills are especially important if you spend a lot of time alone, that and a good first aid kit.
It is our hope that those interested, and meet the standard requirements, will either get the first part of the requirements, and hopefully if all modules are completed, fulfill the primary requirements for certified Wilderness First Aid. We intend to over a few seminars allow participants to earn that certification.
Topics included are:
Patient Assessment System
Evacuation Plans and Emergency Procedures
