"Fouch-o-matic" is the nickname of builder, gadget lover and inventor Nick Fouch (rhymes with couch). Videos mostly made by Mrs. Fouch-o-matic, Esther Emery. Her mother, Carla Emery, wrote the homesteading and self-sufficiency classic, "The Encyclopedia of Country Living."
They are great down to earth people, staking out a happy, fulfilling existence in the rural lifestyle. Their children are gaining life experiences that will serve them well.
